Bachelor in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) is a 5.5-year undergraduate degree program comprising 4.5 years of academic study and 1 year of compulsory internship. The course integrates traditional naturopathy with the science of yoga to promote drugless healing and lifestyle-based therapy. Students are trained in anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnostic techniques, naturopathic medicine, yoga therapy, nutrition, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, and acupuncture. The program emphasizes treating the root cause of illness using natural remedies and lifestyle modifications. Graduates are equipped to work as naturopathic doctors, yoga therapists, wellness consultants, or pursue higher education in natural and integrative health sciences.
